These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Plixtra Studio’s website, products, and services. By purchasing or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Plixtra Studio is a private music composition and production studio specializing in custom, guided musical works. All services provided are creative, interpretive, and customized based on information supplied by the client. Because of the artistic nature of our work, outcomes are subjective and based on professional judgment.
Each project is created specifically for the client and may include lyric development, musical composition, arrangement, vocal production, mixing, and mastering. By engaging Plixtra Studio, you acknowledge that creative interpretation is inherent in the process and that final results may vary based on artistic direction.
Production timelines begin only after lyric approval and required materials are received. Delivery timeframes are estimates and vary based on the selected package, project complexity, and production priority. Delays caused by late approvals or incomplete information are not the responsibility of Plixtra Studio.
Revisions, if included, are limited and defined by the package selected at the time of purchase. Revision requests must be submitted within the timeframe communicated during delivery. Additional revisions, alternate versions, or changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees.
All payments to Plixtra Studio are non-refundable. Because our services involve custom, personalized creative work that begins immediately after purchase or approval, refunds are not available once production has started.
In rare cases where production has not yet begun, Plixtra Studio may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund or project credit. Such decisions are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Clients may request cancellation prior to the start of production. Once production has commenced, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation remains the property of Plixtra Studio.
Upon full payment, clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use of the final composition. Commercial use, public distribution, resale, licensing, or synchronization with video or advertising requires prior written permission from Plixtra Studio and may involve additional licensing fees.
You represent and warrant that any content, names, stories, or references you submit are lawful and that you have the right to share such information. Plixtra Studio is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized use of third-party content.
All underlying compositions, arrangements, recordings, and production elements remain the intellectual property of Plixtra Studio unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale of Plixtra Studio works is prohibited.
Plixtra Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional damages arising from the use of our services, including dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation.
Plixtra Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
